Maine ek loan liya tha jiska last date 22 dec tha. Mai subh se try kr rha tha lekin abhi tak payment faild hi bata rha h aur inka mail id pr 16 baar mail bhi kiya hu abhi tak koi reply nhi aaya hai. Aur mera aaj se late oayment charge lagna start ho gya hai. Inka tecnical issu hai. Mai loan bhare ko taiyar hu pr balance transfer hi nhi ho rha inke accounnt me.
