I sent Credit+ a mail saying the mobile app is not working and they sent me a link to make the payment when my due date is August 31, I told them that I won’t be making the payment just because they sent me a link and they might be a scam for all I know, they send a email to my company which is unwanted and they haven’t answered my question about the mobile app, they person who called does not know how to speak to customers they are rude and it was a female i can’t talk to to females as I am not brought up from a family like that. I have attached a mail which was sent to my company below.

I was also going to take a loan from this Creditt+ app but before that I felt maybe I should check the internet in case they are also a scam like other apps. The UI seemed legit and in permissions also, they are only taking camera and location permission so how did they access your contacts?
Or did they change their permissions after all these reports?
While applying for the loan, we have to give 10 reference contacts. So are they harassing only those 10 people, or do they have access to the remaining complete contact list?
