Regal maid service had charged 13000/- for providing maids services for 1 year. They provided me a maid and then charged me the fees. The maid ran away in 2 months, I am continuously following up with the agency. They are not replacing any maid nor are they returning my money. I demand a refund of my money.

Same thing happened with me. Babita maid service charged 5000 i Google pay them. They told me that maid will reach by 25 th June 2023 for a year at my home. Till now no maid. Not receiving calls. How can I get my money back.
