I had paid the maid agency in Khar West (Name – Maidwale), on 21st February 2023, immediately they provided a maid who had paralysis of right hand. Next day itself I called the agency for replacement so they assured they will give me replacement but after that they stopped taking my calls, n whenever I went to their office to inquire n questions they use to hide in the office next to their agency, finally after 1 n half month I took the maid n went to their office, their office was shut so I walked into the office next door I found the female hiding n sitting inside n she gave me explanation that we normally come n sit in the next door office for AC. Then I had to scream n shout at them so they promised me to send a maid next day. Next day they sent a maid who was only 16 years old who was scared to be aloan n had to drop her at Kandivli station as her parents came to pick her up. After that till date they are either not answering my calls n if they answer my calls they say tomorrow a maid will sent
