I have MGL connection in My house at Kharghar Navi Mumbai CA No 210000597898
and Bp no 1100596338 I already sold the flat and request for permanent disconnection of connection on 10/5/2023 till date the connection not disconnect and new resident use the connection without my permission. I received mail from MGL 5th Jun permanent disconnection of Piped Natural Gas (PNG) supply at your residence. In this matter we would like to inform your good self that your request regarding permanent disconnection has been cancelled by your end. Your unique docket / complaint number is 7281612 & your Business Partner (BP) number for PNG connection is 1100596338 next day again I request to disconnect the connection immediately on 23rd Jun I received mail from MGL permanent disconnection activity has been cancelled by your end. Your unique docket / complaint number is 7384909 & your Business Partner (BP) number for PNG connection is 1100596338. Two times request for disconnection they send mail the request is cancelled your end I never said to cancel my request I always said please disconnect the line otherwise somebody used the gas and bill send to my name I am not responsible bill I already send last meter reading and cancellation letter . I want justice for this matter and disconnect the connection and return the security deposit which was paid on the time of connection in my account
