I ordered Urban Platter Cranberry juice on 23rd September 2024, and payed 1229 Rs. For the same. I have never been updated with shipment details and tried contacting them but email and phone no are invalid.

I also had a bad experience on 11th and raised a complaint today. These crocked people should be booked before it escalate. Our Hard earned money . Just FYI +91 7976072601 a WhatsApp no, from which I got an OTP to sign-in my a/c. But no one responded when messaged and called. Today 15/10/24 site itself is not reachable. I will appreciate if all of us who had such experience with this fraud company, should file a case united as a mass.
I also ordered the items, made the payment and no response now. This is a big fraud site and should be taken up legally.
Today again the site is alive. I browsed their About Us (https://grocerystops.shop/about-us/) page. Mr Krishna Tawniya is the Proprietor, (as per one of the certificate posted on site). I have sent a message through the contact from on that page.
Url shows the name as “grocerystops.shop” Registration certificate shows as Mahabhoj Palace.
