I have taken loan in credit4sure of 5000 for 30 days.and Need to pay 2650 in 15 days like that.and disbursal amount is 4000 plus .
If you delay for 1 day they will charge 125 rupees.and lost my job and unable to make the payment. I told them I will make the payment but thy r not listening. They called my entire phone book and snding msgs and calls also.thy defamed me for 5000.
They clearly mentioned that thy are following rbi guidlines.
