I had booked kurtas which were delivered some other products then what showed in image while booking also the kurtas were used and second hand and torn also.i am cheated.and I had already cancelled order then also it was delivered and ekart delivery guy forced us to pay and told to raise return request.but store was closed permanently and none of phone numbers are connecting.fraud company .one of torn kurta image is uploaded for your reference

Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
