I have visited the airtel store madhapur multiple times as I’m unable to send the messages after changing my phone with the same sim….they made to do recharge multiple times and they gave me a new sim and didn’t inform that messages will be blocked for 48 hours….I already told I have to pay my through otps….irresponsible behaviour by Airtel branch people and called 04040151604 for help…he is talking to rude and saying he can’t as he is not responsible and he is not the owner of airtel
