In my transaction history I got this company name for Cashbird Loan. So I am mailing to you.
I have taken a loan. Which due date was 19 Nov. And I have repaid that day only. but for your technical fault it has not been updated. then yesterday (20 Nov) i got a call from your number that repayment is not done. so I have repaid again. Now I am checking that i have repaid two times. I am trying to call this apps customer service number, whatsapp number. but didn’t get any response.
Sharing Bank statement of 19/11/2020 and 20/11/2020. Kindly check 8 and 22 number of transaction. Have paid to same company “Pasfar Technologies PVT LTD“.
I have tried to call customer care number. But they are not picking up my call. I have texted by WhatsApp but no response.
Please check and confirm it ASAP. It will be very helpful.
