Text of Complaint by Sukhendu Das:

Dear sir/Ma’am,
I checked my account and found the an amount of Rs 9724.20/- credited to my bank account. But, may I know why Mobikwik refunded the amount of Rs 9724.20/- to my account? It was not requested and initiated by me certainly. I paid the said amount to settle Mobikwik ZIP due on 16.07.2022 (before the deadline of 20.07.2022) and then it was refunded to me by Mobikwik without my knowledge. I’m not communicated regarding this and a late fee is charged! I was clearly cheated by Mobikwik and now forcing me to pay late fee? My Mobikwik app was kept dysfunctional so that I can’t communicate with you regarding my issue. Soliciting your intervention regarding the same.
