Text of Complaint by Guntupalli Suneel Kumar:

I have cleared all my EMIs and have no dues on the account i.e “DMI0000849481”. instead of receiving the no-dues certificate, I’m receiving emails to pay the loan amount. I did multiple follow-ups and got no response on the payments from the team.
As mentioned did multiple escalations but they were of no use, still, I’m receiving emails to clear the dues,
Due to this, my CBIL is affecting me a lot.
