On 10th October 2020, I requested for a tab purchase and made payment for 3999.20 via Gpay. I got payment sms confirmation. However no further shipping details seen for the product I paid.
Even the email is fraud. support@bookmytab.com
They never replied my email. The cust care number mentioned on the website is always switched off.
However they do reply via telegram app.. but even that is auto generated. They always keep sending the same msg. Ur order is in process and will be shipped in 3business days. It’s been 5 days already n I still see same auto msg.
Pls help me get my money back or help me get my product. M single mother.. I don’t earn much. I wanted this tab for my child for his online classes..
