I have made full payment in my cc. I got reversal letter from kotak Noida 125 branch. Manager name is Vineet
9773819494. Saying after making payment your outstanding will be zero. I trusted and made the payment around 10-15 days back.. still receiving emails and messages to make payment. And my cc outstanding still the same. Now they are not replying over email. Even not answering my calls. One of their executive Rohit called me and said it will be reflected in cc within 24 hours still waiting for the same..
