An order was placed through Amazon for 10 pieces of OMCO 16A, 3 pole MCB (Supplier Kings Kart). Accordingly, a payment of Rs. 3,345 was transferred on 14-1-22. Instead of 10 pieces of 3 pole MCB, 6 pieces of single pole was supplied. I asked for return and supply correct item and quantity. Few days later correct item arrived but one piece instead of 10 pieces. Again, I asked for return and pay me Rs. 3,345. Few days latter delivery boy whose mobile no. is 8715045474 arrived and asked for the pack to be returned. I delivered the item. He refused to take and said that it should be 10 pieces. Further he said that I have made wrong entry. He took my mobile and canceled the return request and told me to wait and said that he would make the complaint. I waited for few days but nothing happened. When I contacted him, he asked to wait for some more days. Nothing happened then I was forced to make cancel the order. Since I had only one piece, I wrote one piece out of ten. Few days later I got the mail from Amazon that “Your refund of Rs. 334.50 has been proceeded for your order # 4073785285-7230749”. This way I have lost Rs. 3010.50.
