Text of Complaint by Praveen Patil:

I have made a bill payment to GESCOM on 18th Jan through Google Pay but transaction failed and amount got debited so I have raised ticket for this as suggested by Google Pay support team but it’s been more than 2 weeks since there is no refund. And also I checked Google Pay customer support they are helpful and there no update on this as well
