I Pramod Kumar Ravula, ordered earphones from the saying company. There was a offer going on at that time of so naturally i ordered a product, on 22nd January 2023. After i placed the order I got a message saying order is placed further shipment information will be provided via email or phone number. Then i received an Email which i have attached below. But till date now i didn’t get any update regarding Shipping the product. I tried to contact them through their helping website but there is no reply from their side. Now i don’t know what should I do. Please look into this matter and take necessary action.
