I am unable to do Video calls from 27-09-2021 on any platform ( WhatsApp, Messenger, Zoom,
Google Meet, etc) with my Airtel Xstream Fiber network. When I complained regarding this, they
told me that they’ll resolve this within 24hr but it’s been one week and I’m still facing this issue.
This happens only when I’m connected with the Airtel Xstream Fiber network and with all the
devices in my home ( Mobiles Phones and laptops). When I connect with Mobile data then video
calling works perfectly fine.
As I’m doing Work from Home, so this is affecting me on a large scale and moreover, my son is
facing video call issues in attending online classes due to this problem.
Due to this, I’ve to do extra recharge on my sim card apart from monthly Fiber recharge. Who
will pay this extra amount that I’m paying now?
Apart from all this, I went through a lot of mental troubles in the last week because of video
calling issues. This is all because of the bad customer service provided by Airtel. I want the full
amount that I paid extra and also want compensation for all the troubles, both mentally and
physically, that I’ve been through in the last week.
