I have taken a loan of Rs. 3000 from Akara Capital in 2020 and after that due to lockdown I was unable to pay that amount. I started repayment on 10th September 2020 and paid Rs. 1000 and then in January 2021 Rs. 1007. But till then they have decreased my CIBIL and applied so many charges. I told them to give me a minimum amount to pay so that I can close my loan and get rid of the harassing phone calls from Stashfin. On 4th May 2022, they offered me to pay Rs. 2000 after that they will wave off the charges and close my loan and give my NOC. So I made the payment within 5 minutes of getting the offer. But they have not closed or settled the loan and started aggressively calling for loan recovery. I requested them that please go through the chat and call recordings that they have offered me to close the loan and after payment they just back off from their words. Yesterday 26th of May they have again offered me to pay Rs. 2500 and after that, they will close the loan. I made the payment but the loan was not closed they also hacked my phone and contacts and called on every number I have saved and they started harassing them. They are demanding money from my contacts. They are calling from the numbers where I cannot call back and calling from so many numbers. Many of my contacts don’t know me. It’s completely illegal. After all this, they gave me another offer to make the payment of Rs. 5000 for loan closure. I also paid the amount. but still, they are demanding Rs. 19000 and if not paid by tomorrow 28th May 2022. They will again start calling my contacts. They are now threatening me and making fake loan close offers.
Requesting you to please help me with this. I am very depressed and it is going beyond the limit.
