Hi This is harshavarthini here I want to complaint against mobikwik for promising me for removing charges after making payment promise was not delivered Instead of removing charges they added full penalty charged for months I have not used even single rupee . No proper response from customer care , no resolution was given to me instead hung up the call so that they dont have to remove charges instead pay for or increase the charges, no professional talking instead speaking very unethical.
