On Flipkart i had ordered 2 batteries 150 Ah 12 volt on 15 March and i had paid for it on ATM card . Than i received only 1 battery on 24th March i ask them about 2nd battery to dilivery boys they said me it will come after 2 days .. i called Flipkart (need helpline) they said they had already sent but got lost . And also said they’ll refund money of one battery … I didn’t accept that and said to take both battery’s… After that they didn’t even care about it … After all conservation they sent me the 2nd battery on 10th April ..i opened both the batteries at one time … One is good another one battery was damaged ( leakage) i informed them immediately they accepted they problem . And said they’ll replace till today they have not … And not receiving my call
