On 26th morning we boarded the flight spicejet SJ2927. They offloaded our luggage Bag tag N.o: 077536872 without prior notice before the flight took off from Bangalore.They promised to deliver our baggage the next day on 27th January 2023. But they gave us the reason all flights got cancelled so the bags were not delivered again.I had my engagement program on 26th January which we postponed to 27th January with the hope to receive the bag but there was no response from your unorganised airline.I need my bag to be delivered today or give me the compensation for all expenditure i had to incur because of your negligence. The total of Rs. 10,000 was spent on buying all the necessities for my big day.If this complain is not addressed I will be forced to file a legal complain in the redressal court.
