I sent my household items through NEPS and Delhivery courier service from Agartala, Tripura to Mangalagiri, AP on 15/11/22. When I received my luggage I found most of the items are fully damaged. They denied to give me any damage compensation when I asked for that. I would like to get help regarding that.
