We are coming back from dubai
Sg 12 flight time 10.45 pm 11 may
When we reached to Delhi airport . We got that our new trolley was damaged ( fully broken) we have registered complaint at ( i counter )
we have emailed 5-6 times to SpiceJet team but today almost 1 month to go but still no respond about our compensation
Our trolley was new just bought on 30 April ( cost 5100 INR ) but SpiceJet team said will give you compensation only 2500 INR , they denied to give more than 2500 INR so lastly we agreed because we dont have another option but still no compensation received
