Kindly note that under ticket number 220-2466951548 a round trip booking was done. The flight was from Bangalore (India) to Zurich (Switzerland) on 8th November 2021, and the return flight from Zurich (Switzerland) to Bangalore (India) on 26th November 2021. Tickets from Bangalore to Zurich on 8th November were non-refundable, and tickets from Zurich to Bangalore on 26th November 2021 were refundable.
We have already travelled from Bangalore (India) to Zurich (Switzerland) on 8th November, but have cancelled the return flight from Zurich (Switzerland) to Bangalore (India).
I have been waiting for my refundable plane tickets from Zurich ( Switzerland) to Bangalore ( India) for the past two months.
The only return ticket I booked was refundable by paying an extra cost.
Kindly note only Rs13,353/-( Thirteen thousand three hundred and fifty-three rupees) has been transferred to my account on 13/12/2021. I don’t know on what basis this amount has been transferred in my account when the actual amount is Rs 165430/-(One lakh sixty-five thousand four hundred and thirty Rupees). Request you to check the details of the ticket and Refund the Money back.
