I am being harassed and scammed by the customer service and the airline itself. I have an open ticket worth INR 85k. I want to reschedule it on a different itinerary worth the same price. I have sent the screenshots along with the fare of itinerary at the time when the fare was 85k. Lufthansa email service decides to respond after 1 day and telling me to pay 60k extra. I have done my job to inform of the rebooking ‘at the time when the fare was same’. Why should I bear extra costs just because Lufthansa later decides to increase the fare according to its whims and fancies? Why am I to bear a loss as a customer just because customer care is not quick to respond? Please direct me to the right channel that has the power to satisfy my needs, because here Lufthansa is wrong,!
