Text of Complaint by Kasturi rout:

I was in urgent need of money and I downloaded lucky speed loans app. After I submitted the details the loan amount 1 lac has suddenly approved then there is a option of a customer care helpline to contact further & that is only for whatsapp use they don’t have any direct number to call or any other service. I messaged there on whatsapp and then they said you have to pay 5% processing fees. I asked for their office address and caller name. Then that customer care person sent me one link on that app to pay the processing fee. I paid rs 5k then that customer guy told me your card details are wrong I checked there is a error in account number I haven’t provided any card information. Then I tried to edit but there is no option to edit details. I asked the customer care person then that guy said your loan amount has been freezed due to wrong information now you have to pay 12% to bank to unfreeze the loan amount and I paid rs 12k again. Then he told me to wait and again that guy said your account hasn’t not verified now you have to send video clip of yours to me so that bank can verify. Then I sent video of mine after that again that guy said now again you have to pay 5k to verify your details. Your card number information is wrong.
