Hi,
I’m using my Airtel number so long, through Airtel app I have registered complaints regarding the low speed of internet several times, but no action taken from your end.
Also during phone call it is not getting connected due to this I’m wasting my time.
Main thing I’m writing this complaint I had a bad experience from Your Angamaly Authorised Airtel Office, for sim change I had tried to contact them several times through phone but they are not picking up the call. I tried through in what’s app they are not picking then I send a voice message till now they have not open. Other companies like BSNL, idea they will make a call back after the busy.
After that I went to Angamaly office and visited your outlet. One guy is sitting there and he is checking his personal what’s app morethan that he is not doing anything. I asked him what is the reason your are not picking up my call ? His answer was I’m busy that’s Why. Then I asked okey so are you tried to call back me ? He said no.
And then I asked us there any hope to change the ownership of sim from my mother to me, He said not possible.
I just informed him I’m comming from a long distance for this reason kindly help me. He said no a big no
I’m an very fed-up with this all
