I have 3 complains –
1. Using jio helpline number 198 is useless. IVR is designed such that you will never be able to talk to human agent. Wasted 30 minutes trying all options but no use. Even chat is dumb. It simply says I could not understand for whatever you type. Is this facility really for customer help Or to trouble them and wasting their time and energy?
2. Normally my 4G/LTE connection doesn’t give more than 10 kbps speed. I end up using my home wifi and pay jio regularly for no reason. Is it really 4G speed? I cannot get even 3G speed I used to get in old days? Could not watch any video without buffering or even open web pages with light contents quickly.
3. Daily data usage limit crosses 1 GB even after minimal usage. Don’t trust data measurement by Jio. 1 hour of browsing evaporates 1 GB? Is Jio measuring data usage correctly? Looks like need investigation by appellate.
