In our area there about 1000 customer of jio. Our complaint is there is much slow internet speed in day . But after 6 pm the speed goes to 1 or 2 KBS only that means pages not open and no internet. There are much no. Of customers want to port jio no. to Airtel because of this issue . I am also retailer of jio face issue of this problem . After 6 pm my jio POS not working because of speed and I could no recharge customers . There are no. Of customers have been done port from jio to other company
So , I request u as a retailer and customer please solve the problem as soon as possible.
