My name is Vikalp Yadav.Im facing lot of internet issue. I tried to contact with the service provider but they were unable to solve my problem now they have closed to talk with customer care agents option via call. My whole locality is facing the same slow internet speed issue and service provider are not helping us to get rid of our problem. The place where I live there are a lot users in 1km area and all of them are facing same problem all of them have tried to contact with the service provider and apelleate but no help is provided from the service provider end. During this lockdown stage where government is forcing everyone to stay at home .But service provider are not helping us to stay at home. I’m student of class 10th,I have trying resolve my probelm for more than 6 months.
