Hi Sir
I am Lyju SK from Kerala Trivandrum. I ordered a Krypton K10 Pro with feature of 64mp rear +3cam and front 20mp. 6 GB Ram, 128 internal memory. with offer price 4230RS.
I order it on June 11 through RBL credit card. Oder# 2824460925. After oder I can’t trace route and can’t login into ezeephone. com. I confused and after search Google I got bad review about this site. I tried to contact customer care they said oder is cancel without any review and said account details for money return.
I decide to compliant in Ciber cell as per authorized authority. But I got a call from currier on 18 June.
I become so happy and wait eagerly to see my phone. Last I got my currier. I open the currier my all hope cracked. Bullshit it was a useless plastic mobile. Kid playing mobile is better this.
Instead of Krypton K10 Pro I got this nameless plastic product. It is 3G low speed, hanging, whenever try call it wii hang. No use to call, no use to use Internet, no camera quality( 5mp and 2mb) very slow working. It around 500RS worth.There no return address.
I don’t want to loose my money. I will surely go to Cyber. Give me original Krypton K10 Pro. or back my money. My contact no is 9496638284.
