Text of Complaint by Sahil Surani:

As i purchased my vivo v11 handset in this year January month, after using it for 10 months the screen form the combo of the mobile screen & touch has been De-Attached, they claims that my mobile pone has scrath so its due to my mis-handling, but actually its the bad quality of material used, i am very sorry to say that i went to service center but the blamed me that you dont have proper idea of handling the mobile, actually they just dont want to admit that its a faulty/defective mobile phone.

if mobile phone was fallen more than two months aback why the screen de-attached just  last week, then the customer care people who talked with me replied its due to wear & tear due to use, is it a machine or mehanical moving part

i am very dissapointed with the service & their approach to their customers.
