Hi, the issue is very simple for X broadband wire, they have put the low quality wire which is causing the frequent disconnections this issue has been there from June till now . They din made single attempt the resolve this. Every disconnections I need to wait for long n talk with customer representative for 30 mints at the end they will say 24 hours. . for simple wiring connect they will take much hours . . . They will promise there will be a call back from the escalation team till now there is no permanent fix was done . . Every month there was a issue . My office work n kids online class is depends on the broadband connection. . It’s been mental torture eveytime I need to vent out with the customer reps and fake promise with the full of cheats n waste of money
