I am facing issue of using internet at my home.. Very bad service
I suffered a lot by choosing airtel.
I tr@ped my self by recharge of year and get the plan. So didn’t leave airtel and suffered the whole year. 2020 and 2021 too.
I am a trader, I lost huge profits in a single minutes by trying to exit my orders from trade in profit where a sing sec matters. And many time due to the network issue the order didn’t activated. And I end up in losses.. A normal persona cant digest this.
I feel ashamed while playing games with friends and my game lags and shows network error.
I complaint many time to the airtel app. It shows complaint is registered and will update in 10 days. Many times I did it is shows same but nothing happen. No acknowledgement, no help, no response yet.
Even I called many times to the call centre. They just repeat thier robotic lines. I can see your no is this, your plan is this. We are working. It will be good in few days..
From last 2 days I don’t know how many staff is resigned from airtel call centre and how many joined .. They just repeat same line to end the call. For the sake of attending it for salary not for the customer satisfaction.
I seriously felt very bad. That no one is there to help the customer. It’s all in the advertisement only in tv. And hate that fake girl who advertised behalf of airtel. Such a fake company. Fake promise.
They say 0 complain. I believe they achieve this one day when they’ll have 0 customer.
Pathetic service. If something really doesn’t happen after complaining here.. I’ll port to jio. And make videos against airtel in YouTube.
