The network coverage is very poor in this location. Last week we had some medical emergency in the house and because of this poor network coverage I suffered a lot and put me into lot of pressure to think about porting the network. I have raised this complaint multiple times and all the department care about is just paying the bills on time and unsatisfactory customer service always.
I need this to be fixed ASAP. I want to escalate this to CEO, Gopal Vittal.
I don’t want to get stuck in such a situation further,there may be a lot of customers facing the same concern. Also to highlight, the airtel app is supposed to help the customer to contact the team, not to confuse them on how to race a concern. I feel so pathetic about their services.
