I’ve been complaining several times by calling customer care that i’m unable to use the internet or data balance. Despite the complaints i’ve asked several times to change handset and use sim card in primary slot and all other irrelevant answers. I’m using latest handset with up to date software on handset and still facing issue. My wife has a corporate connect and a personal connection, atleast she is able to user her corporate account SIM data services but not personal SIM data services. I generally use the mobile data to work from home and for continuous support recharge for an year. I feel i’ve been cheated duped by making offers to purchase yearly plan for continuous uninterrupted data service. And now i’m unable to use my internet with an year of data balance and other benefits. Kindly help us get this resolved by pushing this request to relevant authorities.
