Hi, I, Samuel Vankudoth a Palvancha native, Bhadradri Kothagudem Dist, Telangana. I live in a village called Kothasuraram. I am experiencing internet slowness issues in day times regularly. I work for a Pune based software company and currently doing work from home. The airtel is not letting users to use their actual 4g data. Airtel showing variations on prepaid and postpaid users by their plans so that normal prepaid users can switch into postpaid users. I demand airtel to improve their service strictly as how they charge from it’s customers. I urge consumer forum to take this matter on high priority. It’s complete scam by Airtel.
