I had withdraw 3098 in 3 july but its not showing in my account then I contact to customer care of lotus365 they ask for bank statement I sent all the required things what they want and its clearly visible that my payment not come in my bank but they still say wait sir we are checking. And when the day passed new person came in customer care and ask for same proofs and say wait this process is running from past 5 days these guys are not giving my withdrawal.
