Lotus365 is promoted legally by celebrities so i have started playing in it. Initially i used directly but later support has given a whatsapp branch id for deposit and withdrawal.

I have deposited more than 30,000 by multiple transactions with self id and branch id
After winning initially got the 1st withdrawal of 10,000
From the 2nd withdrawal of 10,000 withdrawal team sending a fake successfull screenshot without transaction id
Later promised to send the amount within 72 hours
But even after 7 days i didn’t get any amount still the branch team is saying to just wait without proper resolution
Later sent 1 rupee asking for statement where 1 rupee received successfully
Collecting all the bank related details from the customer by sending a fake successfull transaction screenshot
