Text of Complaint by Deepak Mitruka:

I deposited INR 5000 on 28th May 2023 around 05:01 pm via NEFT to one of the bank of accounts of Lotus365, in this case to Angel Enterprises to be precise.
The money was deducted instantly, my the money wasn’t added toy ID. I went to the bank after 48 hours which confirmed that the money has been cleared from our channel.
It’s been more than a week and none of the customer care executives are helping me or providing me with a proper solution… When I asked for their statement from the bank, they denied bluntly on my face.
I just want my money back
