I am using Lotusexchange.com betting site. Yesterday I did a deposit of 3k to these payment details (image also attached)

I did the payment from my HDFC Banking app through UPI and the amount got deducted from my account but they are saying they have not received it. It’s been more than 24 hours now and still no response from them. They are saying the same that they have not received. I asked them to show their bank statement but they won’t show that as well.
Such a shame that these companies are scamming people for just 3k.

I’d like to withdraw and take back my appeal regarding lotus exchange.
There was no fraud involved. It was a technical issue and I got the refund the next day in my bank account itself.
I apologise for the inconvenience caused.
