I have deposited amount to the Lotus app of 1000 rs from bank account it has been debited but they are saying the amount is not received for their account

It is true, they do a good job when depositing small amount at first, they fool the customer once they deposit big amount. As soon as the big amount is deposited, ask the customers to talk by giving a separate customer care number. Wastes time by giving a new number every time. at the end they just say its time limit has expired we can’t do anything.
