I was given 30 GB for a month in my package however my net balance remains the same till the end of the month, since i didn’t get proper network from Airtel. i informed the team multiple times but there was no response. They send me a mail stating that i have to pay my bill of Rs.850 if not my service would be deactivated. I also informed the customer service agent to send me a legal notice about deactivating my service but i didn’t receive any response. Anybody who calls me are hearing only recorded voice saying that my number is not reachable & its out of network coverage. This Airtel team they expect me to pay a bill for the service they are not providing. For all these years i didn’t keep any bills due but for last few months am not able to use Airtel for their network issue & the data which doesn’t work at all. I would like to sort this out legally but even for that Airtel team is not sending me a legal notice.
