Text of Complaint by Smita:

On Airtel Prepaid No. 7039942129, recharged Rs 99/- on 17 October 2022. Validity of 28 days ends on 13 November 2022.
Recharged above no on 6 November 2022 Rs 99/- (seven days prior to validity of last recharge)
Current validity doesn’t take this into account.
Thus lost 7 day validity.
One can’t talk to customer care since no such provision on customer care nos: 121, 198.
No response to email to customer care as well as Applet.
