Hi,
On 29 th july due the weather conditions was not good in delhi NCR i lost the signal which is the responsibility of Airtel to resolve the problem.
1-First of all customer care asking for the service charge 150 INR to resolve singnal problem.
2-Money already deducting from my Account during i am unable to watch tv.
3- after all i was ready to give service charge but service man refused to come .
Now I am helpless please help
