Hi Team,
My father lost sim card recently. We went to local airtel store and they say that sim card is registered on someone else’s name whom we don’t know. I was there when we submitted the ID proofs and i am certain that it is our ID that we submitted. Either mine or my father’s.
I called customer care and they say they also can’t help. How will this happen when i submitted right documents? We are using this sim card number from last 14-15 years. We need this number. Please help with the process.
