Hello,
My name is Ravi Teja Vemula and I am using Jio sim for the last 2 years. I am living in London for the last 6 months and I have lost my sim card.
I have requested Jio care to give me an alternate solution to retrieve my sim back. But they are insisting me to come back to India to get a duplicate sim.
How can there be no other alternative for my family to receive my duplicate sim on my behalf.
This is my complaint.
