Text of Complaint by Sumathi Sivashanmugam:

I placed an order to buy a saree @ floral live last year 2020 in the month of July costing ₹500. I made the payment through debit card and once the amount was debited, i received a message from their side but there after there was no response and i never received my product . I found offended.
