I had ordered maxo phone of Rs 3999 on 11 July but doesn’t updated any details.i had lost my money

i booked for maxo mobile on line and made payment online id no 324938674 on 31.05.2020 Rs.3999/-
but not recieved my phone or return of payment so far. my repaeated messages does not yield results.
can any body support me to book the fraustors. i cannot understand why socialmedia like face book encourage such faraudsters.
